Do not be surprised if you want to keep the drawings and a retainer fee is included in the estimate.
Finalizing
The second meeting gives a clear perspective of the design layout and kitchen style, which leads to the finalization stage, where you compare your budget with the cost estimate. Once you are satisfied with everything to that point, we will give you a project manager that will measure the space in preparation for the commencement of the kitchen renovation.

The project manager assigned when finalizing the details will oversee the material delivery and ensure the kitchen is well prepared for the job at hand. They can offer guidance for the safe removal of the existing fixtures and appliances and determine the exact delivery date for the kitchen renovation supplies.
